Baby Poirier's Furniture is here!!

So I am not excited at all! We got the nursery furniture delivered today and as soon as I got home I had to put the crib set in there just to see! I still have to wash it. I put some of his friends in the crib....I figure they can keep it cozy until his arrival. I am sure the rest of the week and weekend I will work on putting things away and getting the final touches done. Eric and I are pretty excited. We LOVE the furniture and the colors. He is very proud of the paint colors....and I agree, they do look nice. I will take more photos once everything is done.

Baby Poirier's Room Update

Still not done with the room but almost there. Eric put up some small molding at the top. It looks really nice. He has a few minor touch ups and then really all we need is the furniture to get here so I can get everything organized and put where we want it.

Peep Baby Shower

My peep friends gave me a baby shower. My mom, Barb, and Patty came too. It was really nice. It was at Anne-Marie and Kordell's new house. This was my first baby shower...it was sort of strange. It is all starting to hit home. :) The cupcakes were made by Melanie...they were incredible. She has some real talent. You should see some of the cakes she has made!
